US orders ship for a flat $4.99. The Ember Wrap ships from our overseas partner with tracking and usually arrives in 7–12 business days. The stone set ships separately from a US warehouse and usually arrives sooner. You'll get a tracking link by email for each package.
We ship to US addresses only for now.
You have 60 days from the day the wrap is delivered to decide. If it isn't part of your evenings by then, email hello@warmstill.com with your order number. We reply with a prepaid return label. Drop the package off, and we refund the full price of the wrap to your original payment method once the carrier scans it in. Refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days after that.
The $4.99 shipping charge is not refunded. The stone set can be returned unused within 30 days on the same terms.
If the wrap arrives damaged or stops working within one year, email us. We replace it or the adapter at no cost.
We collect your name, address, email, and order details to ship your order and help you if something goes wrong. Payments are handled by Shopify; we never see your card number. We email you about your order, and about Warmstill only if you asked us to. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click, and you can ask us to delete your information at hello@warmstill.com. We don't sell your information.
The Ember Wrap is a comfort and relaxation product for personal use at home. It is not intended to diagnose, cure, or prevent any condition. Use it as described on the card in the box: twenty minutes at a time, sitting or propped up, never while sleeping, and unplug it afterward. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or similar implant, or have a condition that changes how you feel heat, check with your care provider first.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Discount codes apply to the wrap only unless stated otherwise. We may update these terms; the version on this page is the current one.
