here's what to know.
Will the Ember Wrap tighten loose skin after pregnancy?
We haven't established that the Ember Wrap tightens postpartum loose skin or reduces stretch marks. It is offered for personal comfort and relaxation, and we don't promise skin-tightening results or a timeline. If loose skin is your main concern, a board-certified dermatologist can help you understand which options are appropriate for you. Read the American Academy of Dermatology's guide to red light.
When can I use it after pregnancy or a C-section?
There isn't a universal postpartum start date. Ask your obstetric care provider before using the wrap, especially while breastfeeding or recovering from a C-section. Do not place it over an unhealed incision, open wound, or irritated skin. Follow the device instructions and your provider's advice. The wrap is not a treatment for postpartum recovery or muscle separation.
Can I use it during pregnancy?
Do not use the wrap during pregnancy. If you're planning pregnancy, speak with your care provider before using a light-based device. Read the FDA's information on light-based devices.
What does the Ember Wrap do?
It combines a red and near-infrared LED panel with built-in warmth in a flexible waist wrap. It's designed for personal comfort and relaxation at home. It is not a weight-loss device, a compression garment, or a medical treatment.
Is it cordless? How long is a session?
The wrap needs to stay connected to its wall adapter; it has no battery. Use the included instructions for settings and session length. Stay awake during use, keep the wrap dry, and unplug it afterward.
Will it fit me, and which color is pictured?
The closure adjusts around your waist. We haven't published a measured fit range yet; contact us if you need specific measurements before ordering. The photos show Pink: black fabric with pink trim. Black is also available as a color option.
When can I order, and how does shipping work?
Ordering isn't open yet. Join the list for launch updates. Once ordering opens, US shipping will be $4.99, with an estimated delivery time of 7–12 business days from our overseas partner. You'll receive tracking by email. Read shipping details.
What if it isn't right for me?
Email hello@warmstill.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and refund the price paid for the wrap once the carrier scans your return. The original shipping charge is not refundable. Read the full return policy.
